Introduction
The CKCC was established by mutual cooperation between Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Ministry of Education, Youth, and sport (MoEYS), and Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) under the name of “Project for the establishment of the HRD center in Cambodia”.
The CKCC is Under the Royal University of Phnom Penh, which is the oldest and one of the largest public universities in Cambodia. Therefore, the quality of education is the most concern for our center.

What we do
- Offering professional training programs on ICT, General Korean Program (GKP) and Taekwondo Program to academics, government officials, and business stakeholders.
- Offering special Khmer Language Program for KOICA Volunteers
- Promoting mutual cultural exchange between Cambodia and Korea via:
- Cultural events of Cambodia and Korea
- Various seminars focusing on experience, development, and modern technology experience of Korea
- Offering and sustaining modern facilities for rental service.

Course
Continuing Education Center (CEC) was established since 2004 under technical and financial supports from Simon Fraser University and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) through a project on Adult Education for Economic Development. Royal University of Phnom Penh’s CEC offers a variety of courses, intensive trainings, workshops, and conferences, for adult learners who seek to expand their intellectual interests, to improve and broaden their professional preparation, or simply to advance their university degree inspirations.

CKCC Library
Over eight thousands of Khmer, Korean and English reading materials are waiting for all readers in CKCC library. This Library has been established as one of the symbolized features of this human resource development Center. In addition to a great atmosphere for all book-lovers, this library is equipped with modern social media devices that they can find at Internet Corner. If you require a peaceful quiet to read the book, CKCC library is one of the best choices.
Student Lounges
These student lounges are located from the ground floor to the second floor of the building. They are very convenient places for a variety of activities such as group study and discussion and friends gathering.
Multipurpose Hall
Last but not least, Multipurpose Hall is another most special important feature of CKCC. Its usefulness is already described in its name as Multipurpose. This hall plays very important role in supporting big events, since it can hold up to 650 participants. It is equipped with modern sound and lighting systems, comfortable environment, and a large stage that ensure the sense of comfort and good experience for the participants.
Seminar Rooms
Four seminar rooms that can accommodate to maximum 150 people in each room is very suitable for many kinds of activities including meeting, training, workshop, seminar, and graduation ceremony. Similar to lecture rooms, all modern technical support equipment are equipped in these rooms.
Lecture Rooms
Being designed as classroom style, six lecture rooms in CKCC can accommodate around 40 people in each room. Projector, E-station, and sound system have been equipped in all rooms in order to facilitate all kinds of activities especially teaching and training activities.
Computer Labs
Two types of computer labs have been designed differently to fit the used in different purposes. Two IBM labs are used to serve several ICT courses including Android App Development, Mobile App Development, Web App Development, and App Development with Java.
Language Lab
This language lab is designed specifically for language training purpose while it is equipped with audiovisual support equipment and E-station.

ថ្ងៃដំបូងនៃការចាប់ផ្តើមកម្មវិធី Pre-Incubation ដែលមានរយៈពេល ៦ ខែ ។ ក្រុមទាំង ៤ ដែលបានទទួលជ័យលាភីក្នុងកម្មវិធី BANDOS DIGITAL STARTUP PROGRAM 2021 បានចាប់ផ្តើមចូលធ្វើការនៅក្នុងការិយាល័យ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហប្រតិបត្តិការ កម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ (CKCC) ដែលរៀបចំដោយក្រុមការងាររបស់ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិបណ្តុះធុរកិច្ចថ្មីនៃកម្ពុជា (NICC) ដែលមានការគាំទ្រដោយ ទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ ហៅកាត់ថា (កយការ-KOICA) ។ ក្រុមជ័យលាភីទាំង ៤ បានចាប់ផ្តើមធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍទៅលើគំនិតអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកគេដើម្បីធ្វើយ៉ាងណាជំរុញផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ពួកគេចូលទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីធ្វើការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា ដែលជាតម្រូវការនៅក្នុងសង្គមនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន ។

On 27 August 2021, KOICA, RUPP and NICC organized an online event on “Governmental Policy for Cambodian Startup”. There was a fruitful event, which was shared by representatives from four different ministries (MEF, MoEYS, MPTC and MISTI). Also, there were open remarks from Vice-Rector Kean Tak and Country Director of KOICA Mr. Rho Hyunjun, as well.
